Divorceplease.ca assists with filing 'simple' or 'uncontested' applications for individuals seeking this type of service. This means that your only claim with the court is for divorce, any other issues such as property, custody, support are not handled in this type of application. If you need to file claims in addittion to divorce, you should not use Divorceplease.ca.

Users of Divorceplease.ca use this site at their own risk with regards to the transfer of information. Divorceplease.ca makes every effort to maintain a secure site for the transfer of information but will not be responsible for any damage resulting from this transfer of information from the user to divorceplease.ca.

Divorceplease.ca provides services for court processing and personalized court forms. Divorceplease.ca does not provide any sort of legal advice to users of the site. The only service provided is the sale of personalized divorce forms. Divorceplease.ca does not provide any warranty or guarantee that these forms will be absolutely accepted and approved in court.

Purchaser are responsible for all court fees $447 which are separate from fees charged for service provided by divorceplease.ca.

Divorceplease.ca offers service that includes preparing and filing simple divorce applications, the fees cover these services. If you are living outside of Toronto and are unable to attend our office for the commissioning of documents required in your case, it is your responsibility to get these documents commissioned.

Divorceplease.ca only handles paperwork for simple/uncontested cases. If, at any point, your case becomes contested, divorceplease.ca will not provide any further service and your money will not be refunded. For a simple divorce, divorceplease.ca will serve the respondent by mail in one attempt, if your spouse does not return a signed receipt of acknowledgement form, it will be your responsibility to hand serve your spouse, all costs associated with this service will be the purchasers responsibility.

The time required from start finish for a simple divorce is usually between 2-4 months, however divorceplease.ca does not guarantee any time span within which your divorce will be granted.

Refunds: After you have submitted your divorce questionnaire, you have 10 days within which you can ask for a refund. After this 10 day period, funds will not be refunded.
