No Hidden Fees

Uncontested/ Simple divorce: All case work is prepared and filed for you by a Toronto based lawyer.

$300- This fee covers preparing your divorce case papers, making trips to the Ontario Family Court on your behalf, and filing your papers.

$150- This includes commissioning your required affadavits for the case by a Lawyer. If you choose to attend court on your own, the court clerk can commission these affadavits free of charge.

COURT FEES

$447- Mandatory Court Fee for an Ontario divorce

$40- Optional Divorce Certificate (This document is required if you plan to re-marry)

TOTAL FOR UNCONTESTED CASE

Total fee for an uncontested case is $995. This includes HST and court fees. This rate is guaranteed as long as your case is uncontested. You can start your case online or call our office to book an appointment for a free consultation.
